During his ten-year tenure as President of the Seva Sadan Education Society (starting in 2008), he turned challenges into milestones. Following the ideals of his elder brothers, Thakur Shivkumar Singh ji and Thakur Mahendra Singh ji, he dedicated his life to fulfilling their vision for social welfare.

Modernizing Education: He introduced several job-oriented courses and built the district’s first air-conditioned e-Library and modern auditoriums.

Career Growth: To bridge the gap between education and employment, he established a Placement Cell that has successfully shaped the careers of countless students.

Empowering the Needy: He established the Thakur Virendra Singh Knowledge Resource Center, providing free access to world-class study materials for all students in the district.
